CleaningBiz Analytics Dashboard – User Guide

This guide walks you through each section of the CleaningBiz Analytics Dashboard to help you track performance, understand trends, and make data-driven decisions for your cleaning business.


1. Accessing the Analytics Dashboard

Where to Find It:

  • Log in to your CleaningBiz AI account.
  • Click the Analytics option in the main menu.

✅ The dashboard gives you an overview of your business performance, bookings, cleaners, customer behavior, and revenue trends.


2. Business Analytics (Key Metrics)

Where to Find:

  • At the top of the main Analytics page.
  • Accessible in the Quick Actions on Dashboard.

Descriptions of Key Metrics:

  • Total Revenue:
    The total income your business has earned from all paid invoices.

    Use this to track financial growth and set revenue goals.

  • Total Invoices:
    Shows the number of invoices generated (paid and unpaid).

    Indicates your total billing volume.

  • Paid Invoices:
    The number of invoices that have been fully paid by customers.

    Helps measure how effectively you’re collecting payments.

  • Payment Rate (%):
    Calculated as (Paid Invoices ÷ Total Invoices) × 100.

    A higher rate means customers are paying promptly.

  • Total Bookings:
    Displays the total number of cleaning jobs booked.

    Reflects your business activity and demand.

  • Completed Bookings:
    Bookings that were marked as completed.

    Helps you measure service delivery and team effectiveness.

  • Completion Rate (%):
    Formula: (Completed Bookings ÷ Total Bookings) × 100.

    Shows how reliably your business fulfills jobs.

  • Total Cleaners:
    Number of cleaners registered with your company.

    Gives insight into team size.

  • Active Cleaners:
    The number of cleaners currently working or available.

    Helps manage workforce utilization.

  • Cleaner Utilization (%):
    Formula: (Active Cleaners ÷ Total Cleaners) × 100.

    Indicates how efficiently your team is being used.


3. Revenue Analytics

Where to Find:

  • Sidebar > Revenue Trends

What You’ll See:

  • Revenue Over Time Charts:
    Track daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly revenue performance.
  • Period Selector:
    Choose custom date ranges to compare earnings.

How to Use:

  • Spot high and low-income periods.
  • Evaluate performance across months or quarters.
  • Plan offers or pricing adjustments based on patterns.

4. Bookings Analytics

Where to Find:

  • Sidebar > Booking Analytics

What You’ll See:

  • Booking Volume Charts:
    Visualize how many bookings you receive over time.
  • Booking Status Breakdown:
    Pie/bar charts showing completed, canceled, pending, and missed jobs.

How to Use:

  • Monitor booking growth or drops.

5. Cleaners Analytics

  • Jobs per Cleaner:

  • Performance Metrics:
    Includes ratings, completion rate, and reliability.
  • Cleaner Revenue:
    See how much revenue each cleaner helps generate.

How to Use:

  • Recognize high-performing cleaners.
  • Identify who may need coaching or support.

6. Addons Analytics

Where to Find:

  • Sidebar > Addons Analysis

What You’ll See:

  • Addon Sales Count:
    Number of times each addon (e.g., oven cleaning, pet hair removal) is booked.
  • Addon Revenue:
    Revenue generated from each addon.
  • Popularity Charts:
    Visual comparison of addon usage.

How to Use:

  • Promote popular addons to increase sales.
  • Improve or remove addons with low adoption.
