How to Set Availability

Setting availability is crucial to ensure the Availability Checker works properly for AI assistants.

Weekly Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Cleaner Detail Page
    On the cleaner detail page, click the “Actions” dropdown button.

  2. Select “Manage Schedule”
    From the dropdown menu, select “Manage Schedule” to open the schedule modal.

  3. Set Working Hours for Each Day
    In the modal, for each day of the week:

    • Set the working hours by using the From/To time inputs.
    • If the cleaner is unavailable on a particular day, check the “Off Day” box to mark it as unavailable.
  4. Save the Schedule
    Once the working hours are set for the week, click “Save Changes” to update the schedule.

Date Exceptions

  1. Find the Date Exceptions Card
    On the cleaner detail page, find the “Date Exceptions” card.

  2. Add an Exception
    Click the “Add” button in the top right of the Date Exceptions card.

  3. Set Custom Working Hours for a Specific Date
    In the modal:

    • Select a specific date.
    • Set custom working hours for that date.
    • OR check the “Mark as day off” box to make that date unavailable.
  4. Save the Exception
    Click “Add Exception” to save the custom working hours or day off.

  5. Remove an Exception
    To remove an exception, click the trash icon next to it.

Quick Availability Toggle

You can quickly toggle a cleaner’s availability status by:

  1. Navigate to the Cleaner Detail Page
    On the cleaner detail page, click the button that says “Mark as Available” or “Mark as Unavailable”.

  2. Toggle Availability Status
    This action will toggle the cleaner’s overall availability status.

Tip: Use the quick availability toggle for fast updates when you need to change the cleaner’s availability on the go.
