Getting Started: Creating Your Account & First Steps

Welcome to Cleaning Biz AI!
This guide will walk you through how to create your account, register your business, activate your trial, and start exploring your dashboard.

1. Creating Your Account#

To get started:

• Visit the Cleaning Biz AI website.
• Click on Sign Up or Register.
• Fill out the registration form with:
  • Username
  • Email Address
  • Password
• Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
• Click the Create Account button.

2. Registering Your Business#

Once your account is created, you’ll be asked to register your business:

• Enter your Business Name.
• Add your Business Address.
• Provide a Phone Number.

Click Register to continue.

3. Approval Page#

After logging in, you’ll land on the Approval Page:

• You’ll be prompted to watch a quick Demo Video.
• To activate your account, click the Start 30-Day Trial button.
• A $30 payment is required to begin your trial.

4. Making the Payment#

When you click Start Trial, you’ll be redirected to the secure Payment Page:

• Enter your credit or debit card details.
• Don’t worry — we don’t store your card info. Payments are securely handled via Square.
• Click Complete Payment to finish.

Once your payment is successful:

• You’ll be taken to the Trial Payment Success Page.
• You’ll see a receipt and have the option to book a personalized demo — or skip and go straight to your dashboard.

5. Exploring Your Dashboard#

Welcome to your dashboard! Here’s what you’ll find:

• A top menu with tools like:
  • Bookings
  • Customers
  • Invoices
  • And more
• Quick action buttons for:
  • Business Analytics
  • Subscription Management
  • Voice Agent Setup
  • And other powerful tools

💡 Tips & Notes#

• Use a valid email so you don’t miss important updates.
• If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset it.
• You can update your profile and business info anytime from your dashboard.
