How Clients Can Pay Invoices

Clients have multiple payment options available to settle their invoices:

1. Square Payment#

• Once Invoice is generated, a Link to client to view their invoice and Pay
• The system uses Square for secure payment processing.
• Payments can be made directly through the invoice preview page by Credit/Debit Card.

2. If client wants to Pay in Cash#

Clients also have the option to pay manually through the following methods:

• Cash payments (if applicable)
• Bank transfers (requires the client to provide a transaction ID for verification)

Payment Process#

1. Clients can view the invoice details on the invoice page.
2. They can select their preferred payment method (either Square or a manual option).
3. After completing the payment, the system will automatically update the invoice status to reflect the payment.

✅ Tip: Clients should ensure they provide a transaction ID for bank transfers to prevent delays in updating the invoice status.
