Welcome to your Profile Management Guide!
This guide walks you through managing your business profile, updating prices, enabling features, creating add-ons, and handling cleaner login accounts.


🏢 1. How to Update Business Information

Keep your business details accurate to ensure smooth communication and proper invoicing.

Where to Find It:

  • From your Dashboard, go to the “Profile Page” and Then Business Info Tab.

🧭 Steps:

  1. Review your current business details such as name, address, and contact info.
  2. Click the Edit (✏️) icon
  3. Enter the updated information.
  4. Click “Save” to apply your changes.

✅ Changes will be reflected immediately across your business profile.


💵 2. How to Update Pricing

You can adjust base prices and custom rates at any time to stay competitive or match seasonal demand.

📍 Where to Find It:

  • Go to the “Pricing” tab from your Profile page.

🧭 Steps:

  1. Review your current base pricing and any special rate cards.
  2. Click “Edit”
  3. Enter your new prices.
  4. Click “Save” to apply changes.

💡 These updates will only affect future bookings.


📞 3. How to Enable the Voice Call Feature

Activate the voice call feature to allow your business to communicate with customers directly through the platform.

📍 Where to Find It:

  • Navigate to the “Settings” tab in the Profile Page.

🧭 Steps:

  1. Locate the “Voice Call” feature toggle.
  2. If it’s disabled, click “Enable” or toggle the switch.
  3. Enter any required details (e.g., business phone number or third-party credentials).
  4. Click “Save” to activate the feature.

🔔 Once enabled, your team can start making or receiving voice calls via the platform.


➕ 4. How to Manage Custom Add-ons

Add-ons let you offer personalized services or tools that enhance your offerings.

📍 Where to Find It:

  • Head to the “Custom Addons” tab from your Profile Page.

🧭 Steps:

➕ To Add a New Addon:

  1. Click “Add Custom Addon”.
  2. Enter required configuration details:
    • Addon Name
    • Addon Price
    • Identifier (auto-generated) – used by AI Agents during booking
  3. Click “Save”.

✏️ To Edit an Addon:

  1. Click the Edit (✏️) icon on the addon card.
  2. Make necessary updates.
  3. Click “Save”.

🗑️ To Remove an Addon:

  1. Click the Delete (🗑️) icon.
  2. Confirm deletion.

🚀 Custom Addons can power unique services or AI-triggered automation workflows.


👥 5. How to Manage Cleaners’ Logins

Easily onboard or manage team member access with individual login credentials.

📍 Where to Find It:

  • Open the “Team Members” tab on your Profile Page.

🧭 Steps:

➕ Create a Login for a Cleaner:

  1. Click “Create Login”.
  2. Fill out the cleaner’s details (name, email, phone, etc.).
  3. Either:
    • Set a username and password manually
  4. Click “Create”.
  5. Send these Login details to your Cleaner so he can login and manage his Availability and can see Assigned Bookings.

✏️ Update Cleaner Login Info:

  1. Go to the “Team Members” list.
  2. Click Edit next to the cleaner you want to update.
  3. Modify their details as needed (name, role, phone, etc.).
  4. Use “Reset Password” to change the password.
  5. Click “Save”.

📝 Tips & Notes

  • Changes typically apply immediately and are reflected on your next login or action.
  • Only business owners/admins can manage team member logins and sensitive profile settings.
