How Auto-Upgrade Works
Auto-Upgrade ensures your services continue without interruption if you exceed your plan limits — perfect for busy businesses that can’t afford downtime.
What is Auto-Upgrade?
If you reach your plan’s voice minutes, SMS quota, or other usage limits, the system will automatically upgrade you to the next higher plan. This helps you avoid any service disruptions due to reaching your limits.
✅ Auto-Upgrade is optional and can be turned on or off at any time.
🛠️ Enabling or Disabling Auto-Upgrade
- Go to the Subscription Management page.
- You’ll see a checkbox labeled “Auto-Upgrade”.
- To enable: Check the box.
- To disable: Uncheck the box.
- Your changes will take effect immediately.
🔄 How It Works
- Once enabled, the platform will monitor your usage in real-time.
- If your usage exceeds your current plan:
- You’ll be automatically moved to the next suitable plan.
- If you are at higher plan already, It will resubscribe again to that plan to renew the limits
- A confirmation email and SMS will be sent to notify you.
- No auto-upgrades occur unless you have explicitly enabled the feature.
🔔 Notifications
- You will always be notified immediately via email and SMS when an auto-upgrade is triggered.
- Your billing will reflect the new plan from the time of the upgrade.
💡 Tip: Auto-Upgrade is a great way to stay worry-free, especially during peak usage months!
