How to Cancel Your Plan#

If you no longer wish to continue with your current subscription, you can easily cancel it from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to cancel without losing access immediately. Cancelling Subscription will not end immediatly but you’ll have access till the End Date of Plan

• If Admin Canelled your Subscription It will be ended Immediately

1. Go to Subscription Management#

• Log in to your CleaningBiz AI account.
• Navigate to the “Subscription” page from the main menu.

2. Locate the Cancel Option#

• Under your active plan, you’ll see a “Cancel Plan” button.
• This option is only available for currently active plans.

3. Confirm Cancellation#

• Click on “Cancel Plan”.
• A confirmation prompt will appear — make sure to review it carefully.
• Confirm the cancellation to proceed.

4. What Happens After Cancellation?#

• Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
• You won’t be charged again unless you manually resubscribe.
• You’ll receive a confirmation via email and SMS for your records.

ℹ️ Note: You can still use all features included in your plan until the cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
