🔄 How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan#

• This guide will show to how to upgrade or downgrade your plan

1. Access Subscription Management#

• Log in to your Cleaningbiz AI account.
• Navigate to the “Subscription” section from the main menu.

2. View Your Current Plan#

• Your active plan will be clearly highlighted.
• If there is a scheduled plan change, it will be displayed beneath your current plan.

3. Choose a New Plan#

• Browse available plans.
• Click “Change Plan” on the plan you’d like to upgrade or downgrade to.

4. Schedule the Change#

• For current subscribers, the new plan will begin on your next billing date.
• The platform will show a message confirming the scheduled change.

🔁 You can cancel a scheduled change any time before it takes effect.

5. Receive Confirmation#

• You’ll receive an email and SMS confirming your upcoming plan change.

• We use delay effect when upgrading or downgrading plans, means your selected be in effect at the next billing date
