CleaningBiz AI Platform – Subscription System User Guide

Welcome to the CleaningBiz AI Platform! This guide will walk you through how to subscribe to a plan, manage your payment methods, and view your usage limits.

📥 How to Subscribe to a Plan#

1. Log In & Navigate to Subscriptions#

• Log in to your CleaningBiz AI account.
• Registered Business with CleaningBiz AI is required before subscribing to any Plan.
• Go to the “Subscription” or “Pricing” section from the main menu.

2. Browse Available Plans#

• You’ll see all the available plans listed, along with:
  • Price
  • Included voice minutes and SMS
  • Plan-specific features
• Click on “Select Plan” for the one you wish to purchase.

3. Add or Confirm Payment Method#

• If you already have a card saved, you can use it.
• To add a new card:
  • Click “Add Payment Method”
  • Enter your card details securely.

4. Apply a Coupon (Optional)#

• Have a coupon? Enter it in the coupon field.
• The system will validate the coupon in real-time and apply the discount if valid.

5. Complete the Payment#

• Review your order summary.
• Click “Subscribe” or “Confirm” to finish the process.

✅ You’ll receive a confirmation on the screen, via email, and by SMS.

✅ After Subscription#

• You’ll be redirected to a Subscription Success page.
• There, you’ll see:
  • A receipt of your transaction
  • A success message

Now, you have full access to the platform!

📊 View Usage Limits#

You can monitor your current plan’s usage by visiting the Subscription Management page. This section shows your remaining:

• Voice minutes
• SMS count
• Leads
• Active Agents
• Cleaners
• Plan renewal date
